Before automation, orders, warehouse picks, invoices, and shipment updates were managed across disconnected spreadsheets, email threads, and siloed systems — creating delays, data inconsistencies, and hours of manual reconciliation every day.
Using Make.com as the orchestration layer, we designed and deployed interconnected scenarios that automatically route new orders into warehouse workflows, generate and sync invoices, update inventory records, trigger carrier labels, and notify customers when deliveries are dispatched — all with full auditability and error handling built in.
Fulfillment operations scale quickly — but manual processes do not. As order volume grew, Dawn Fulfillment's team was spending increasing time copying data between systems, chasing invoice status, reconciling warehouse stock, and manually updating customers on delivery progress. Every handoff introduced delay and the risk of human error.
